ビックなニュースが飛び込んでまいりました

私が知る限り　

IPOは２０１７年のハズだったわけですから

前倒しということになります

ZNAPを運営する香港・エムペイミー社が　

POWA社に買収されて　まだ3か月

私も毎月　ZNAP役員会議に出席しておりましたが

世界の動きは　早いですね

これによると

時価総額も２７００億円ということですが

私が聞いた話では

すでに４５００億から５０００億円の間で

資金を集めており

その集まりも順調で

9月には完了すると聞いております

こうした資金は　３００億から５００億円

今後は　企業買収などの資金へ向かい

あっという間に

垂直立ち上げをはかるのではないか

と　私は想像しております

あ～　もう少し　株　買っておけばよかった　（タメ息）

MOBILE payments group Powa Technologies could hold a £1.6 billion flotation

on the London Stock Exchange next year, CEO Dan Wagner says.

He said that the firm is 12 months to three years away from listing

on the stock exchange and that the final decision will depend on market conditions.

Wagner added that although Britain has lots of technology companies,

most choose to float in the US,

as institutional investors there are more willing to put time and money

into the sector than their British counterparts.

Next week Wagner will list his other technology firm Attraqt,

which produces software to help run online retail websites,

on London's junior AIM stock market.

He said the success of the £10 million initial public offering

will be a factor in deciding where to float Powa.

"We'll see how the technology segment of the stock market develops,

but I would love to float Powa in the UK," he said.

Powa is used by major retailers such as Argos, JD Sports and Laura Ashley.

Shoppers can make secure purchases using their phones,

without having to enter their card and address details.
